Richard Jarchow

Richard (Rick) Jarchow is the co-founder of Pillar Wealth, Inc. and has been helping clients navigate financial decisions since 1996. With a strong foundation in both accounting and investment management, Rick brings decades of experience to individuals, families, and business owners seeking practical, long-term financial guidance.

Before launching Pillar Wealth, Rick founded Richard C. Jarchow, CPAs in 1983, creating a sister firm that further strengthened his ability to serve clients with a broad financial perspective. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance from New York University. He also maintains multiple securities licenses and has been a licensed CPA in both Illinois and Florida for decades.

What sets Rick apart is his commitment to relationships, not just numbers. He understands that financial planning is about more than investments—it is about building security, creating opportunities, and helping clients make confident decisions during every stage of life.

A longtime leader in the Fort Lauderdale community, Rick has dedicated years to local organizations, philanthropy, and scholarship initiatives that support future generations. His work reflects the same values he brings to his clients: integrity, stewardship, and a long-term view.

Outside the office, Rick values lifelong learning, travel, and time on the water. An experienced boater, he has spent many years cruising on his own boat as well as exploring destinations around the world aboard cruise ships. He is also an avid reader with a wide-ranging interest in both nonfiction and fiction, reflecting his curiosity and appreciation for continuous growth. Rick and his wife, Diane, have built their life in Fort Lauderdale, where they enjoy time with their children, grandchildren, and close friends. His daughter, Christy, is also part of the Pillar Wealth team, continuing the family’s commitment to personalized financial guidance.
